person is available 24/7 at our regular telephone
number. We are also available to work on weekends
and 24 hours a day when necessary. We understand the
importance of every company’s uptime. We will also
provide additional cell phone numbers for extra
assurance of our availability.

The main function we provide
our clients is service. Our onsite service fee is
$92 per hour. Our in shop service fee is $68 per
hour. We provide support for workstations, servers
and networking. We also support nearly all software
and most computer related hardware. We offer
customized contract options. Contracts can include
features like guaranteed response times, unlimited
hours of troubleshooting time, full hardware
coverage and scheduled maintenance. The exact
software and hardware covered by the contract can be
negotiated.
